Admission Guidelines

Admission to Pre-School (Nursery) class is regulated in accordance with the instructions / guidelines issued by Directorate of Education every year.Admission criteria, classification of seats & admission schedules are formulated as per Directorate of Education’s instructions & guidelines and are displayed in the public domain i.e. School’s website and notice board, for the information of the Parents seeking admission for their children and General Public.

Documents Required

• Birth Certificate / Passport of a child.
• Residence proof of both permanent and current (Ration Card/ Voter ID-Card/ Utility Bill/ Rent Agreement/ Sale Deed/ Aadhaar Card).
• Photo ID proof of both the parents (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/ Voter ID-Card).
• 1 Passport size latest photograph of the child and both the parents.
• 2 Passport size latest photograph of the guardian (if applicable).
• Academic transcript of the previous 2 classes attended by the student (for admission in grade III and above).
• Vaccination card/Medical report of the child along with the blood report.
• Attested copies of legal document if the child is being brought up by a single parent.
• Affidavit of Guardianship is to be submitted if student lives with a local guardian.
• Original Transfer certificate from the last school attended.
• Original Character certificate from the last school attended (only for student seeking admission in grade XI).
• Original Migration certificate (only for Non-State board student seeking admission in grade XI).

Note: The School shall have the sole discretion to seek any further documents (if any) as required.

Important Guidelines For Filling Up The Form

1. All fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory. In case any field is not applicable, mention NA.
2. The incomplete application form and those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.
3. Fill all the particulars of the form accurately and carefully.
4. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Office.
5. You will receive confirmation on email and SMS (iff your application is shortlisted)
6. Keep the scanned copies of the original documents ready at the time of applying as these are mandatory for filling the form.

2. Previous school details
3. Previous class Details
4. Previous class marksheet
5. Previous School LC / TC
• Caste Certificate ( iff fall's in category for scholership )
• Adhar Card as ID / Address Proof (Both Sides on single page)
8. The application will be valid only for 2 months from the date of submission or the final shortlist date.
